Vint fee

The cost to make wine in-store (or vintner fee) is $59.95, plus GST. which includes corks, labels and shrinks. Add that to the cost of the kit (which is tax free), and that’s your total cost. Remember each wine kit makes approximately 30 bottles.

4 week kits

Vineco’s On The House and RJS’s Heritage Estates

These are your basic “house wine” kits from Vineco and RJS. Similar to a restaurant house wine, with lots of varietals for all tastes, and ready to drink in four weeks.

Wine Expert’s Island Mist

For the wine drinker that likes a lower alcohol kit (6%) with all the fruit flavours. Wines that are sweeter and refreshing when chilled. These wines are often mixed in cocktails as well. Great for summer get togethers!

Vineco’s Original Series

These wines are a hybrid type. Excellent tasting and ready fast. These kits are designed for those who don’t have time to age them. They just want great wine right away. They cost a little more than the usual 4 week kits, and when you make one, you’ll know why.

RJS’s Cru International series

A great mid-grade kit. The Cru International series is great for the winemaker who doesn’t mind waiting a few months for their wine to mature. Two to three months in the bottle really helps the reds especially to meet their maximum potential.

Here’s more your high end craft kits, with more juice for more body. Crisp refreshing whites and robust full bodied reds. These ones should age 4-6 months in the bottle for best results. Whites don’t need as much aging..
